Terms of use
Version 1.1 · September 30, 2026
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
The essentials, in five lines (this does not replace the rest):
- Pull and Bin is a tool. Xora does not host, choose, see, or receive anything you download.
- You decide what you download, and you are responsible for it. Pull and Bin does not give you rights to anything.
- Use it with material you have rights to or to study it privately: never to publish, distribute, or sell other people's content.
- Anything you publish must have the rights cleared for everything in it: the footage and the music.
- Pull and Bin is free. You get it from the Xora marketplace, with your account.
1. Who offers you Pull and Bin
Pull and Bin is a program by XORA PROYECTOS, S.L. ("Xora"), which uses the trade name Xora Intelligence. NIF (Spanish tax ID) B93824498. Address: Av. Océano Atlántico 28, 11379 Los Barrios (Cádiz). Registered with the Commercial Registry of Cádiz (Registro Mercantil de Cádiz), sheet CA-69791.
Contact and support: help@xoraagencia.com · +34 690 037 780. Rights holders: help@xoraagencia.com, with the subject line "Derechos — Pull and Bin" (section 14).
These terms govern the use of Pull and Bin. The Xora marketplace account you use to get it is also governed by the marketplace terms.
2. What Pull and Bin is and what role Xora plays
Pull and Bin is a tool for DaVinci Resolve Studio. It lets you search for videos published on third-party platforms or paste a link, watch them, and save the file you choose to your computer so you can import it into your project.
Xora only provides the tool:
- It does not host, store, select, or transmit the content you download. Searching and downloading take place directly between your computer and the source platform.
- It does not know what you download. Pull and Bin does not send Xora your searches, the links you paste, or the files you save.
- It does not grant licenses to any third-party content, nor does it check whether you have the right to use it. Downloading a file with Pull and Bin does not give you any rights to it.
- It does not charge anything. Pull and Bin is free: Xora does not charge for the program or for anything you download with it.
3. What you can use Pull and Bin for
The Pull and Bin license allows you to use it only for these two things:
3.1. Material you have rights to. Content you own (for example, your own videos that are already published, when you don't have the original file at hand), content the rights holder has licensed or authorized you to use (for example, a client who asks you to work with the videos from their own channel), content under an open license that permits your use (for example, certain Creative Commons licenses, subject to their terms, such as attribution), or public domain content. With this material you may do whatever your rights or your license allow.
3.2. Personal study and reference. Analyzing a video to learn from it: viewing it frame by frame, studying the framing, lighting, color, camera movement, or editing rhythm, or keeping it as an internal reference while you prepare your own work. In this case, and only if the applicable law permits it:
- the file stays on your computer and you are the one who uses it;
- you do not publish, distribute, share, or sell it, or hand it over to anyone, including a client;
- you do not incorporate it into any piece you are going to publish, deliver, or exploit, not even a fragment of it, even if you change its music or edit it; and
- you delete it when you no longer need it for that study.
3.3. What you publish. Any piece you publish or deliver must have the rights cleared for all of its elements: the footage, the music, the voices, and the people who appear in it. A music license (from a stock music library or a social network's music library) only covers the music: it does not give you the right to publish other people's footage.
Xora does not guarantee that any particular use is lawful. The law varies from country to country, and platforms have their own terms. It is up to you to check that your use is permitted.
4. What you declare every time you download
Every time you download a file with Pull and Bin, you declare, under your sole responsibility, that:
- you will use it only for one of the purposes in section 3 and under the conditions set out there;
- you comply with the terms of use of the platform it comes from; and
- you will not use it for anything prohibited by section 5.
If you cannot make that declaration, do not download the file.
5. What you may not do
You may not use Pull and Bin to:
- Publish, distribute, communicate to the public, sell, or exploit in any way third-party content without the corresponding license, even if you don't charge for it and even if you edit it or change its music. This includes social networks, client work, and advertising.
- Build a music or video collection to listen to or watch outside the platform, instead of using the platform, buying the content, or subscribing.
- Avoid the platforms' advertising.
- Access content that is private, paid, or exclusive to members or subscribers, or protected by copy-protection systems (DRM), or get around paywalls, geographic or age restrictions, or other access restrictions.
- Carry out bulk or automated downloads of third-party channels, playlists, or profiles.
- Train artificial intelligence systems on downloaded content without the authorization of its rights holders.
- Use images of people in breach of their rights to privacy and to their own image, or to harass, impersonate, or defame them.
- Remove or hide the source label that Pull and Bin adds to each file (section 7).
- Breach the terms of use of the source platforms.
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the program, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent permitted by law.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for what you download with Pull and Bin, for the use you make of it, and for complying with the law and with the terms of the source platforms.
If you use Pull and Bin as a professional or business, you agree to hold Xora harmless against any claim, penalty, or expense (including reasonable fees of lawyers and court representatives) arising from the content you download or from your use of it or of Pull and Bin in breach of these terms. Xora will notify you of the claim and you may take part in the defense.
If you are a consumer, you are liable to Xora for any damage you cause it by breaching these terms, as provided by law.
7. Source label on files
Pull and Bin writes the source link and a usage notice into each file's metadata and, when importing the file into DaVinci Resolve, marks it with a color and that same text. This lets you always know where each file comes from and check your rights before you publish anything. It does not replace a license or grant one.
8. Third-party platforms
The platforms the content comes from are third-party services. Xora has no relationship with any of them, and Pull and Bin is not sponsored, endorsed, or authorized by them. Their terms of use bind you as their user.
Platforms may change how they work at any time, and this may cause Pull and Bin to stop working with them, in whole or in part. Xora will try to adapt it, but cannot guarantee this (section 12).
9. Use of your browser session
If you turn it on, Pull and Bin can use the session you are already signed into in your browser to view content that requires signing in. It is optional and turned off by default; it works only on your computer (Xora does not receive your session, your cookies, or your passwords); and it only gives you access to what your own account can already see, without allowing you to get around the restrictions in section 5. By turning it on, you are the one responsible for complying with that platform's terms.
10. Program license
Xora grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Pull and Bin on your computers, for as long as you comply with these terms. If you obtain it as a business, your employees may use it in their work for you. The license is tied to the marketplace account you use to obtain it. The program remains the property of Xora.
Pull and Bin includes third-party free software components, such as yt-dlp and FFmpeg, which are governed by their own licenses. Those licenses prevail over these terms insofar as those components are concerned. The full list is in the LICENCIAS.txt file, in the program folder, and the source code of those components is published alongside each installer.
11. Price and donations
Pull and Bin is free. You get it from the Xora marketplace with your account, which is governed by the marketplace terms.
If you would like to support it, you can make a donation. It is voluntary, it does not give you any rights other than those in these terms (nor priority support), and, since it is a gift, it is not refunded unless there is a payment error.
12. Warranty
If you use Pull and Bin as a professional or business, it is provided "as is." Xora does not guarantee that it will work without interruption, that it will be compatible with all platforms or content, or that it will be fit for any particular purpose.
If you are a consumer, you have the rights regarding the conformity of digital content that the law grants you. Nothing in these terms limits them.
13. Xora's liability
Xora is not liable for the content you download or for the use you make of it (sections 2 and 6).
If you use Pull and Bin as a professional or business, and given that it is free, Xora is not liable for any damage arising from its use or from the inability to use it, including loss of profits, loss of data, and indirect damages.
These limitations do not apply in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Xora, nor to the extent that the law does not permit them. If you are a consumer, they do not apply insofar as they would limit the rights the law grants you.
14. Rights holders
Although Xora does not host or distribute content, it cooperates with rights holders. If you believe someone is using Pull and Bin to infringe your rights, write to us at help@xoraagencia.com with the subject line "Derechos — Pull and Bin", stating who you are, which content is involved, and why. We will reply within a maximum of 10 business days.
If Xora has well-founded knowledge that a user is using Pull and Bin to infringe rights, it may suspend or revoke that user's license, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
15. Suspension and termination of the license
Xora may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these terms, in particular sections 3, 4, and 5. You can stop using Pull and Bin whenever you want by uninstalling it.
16. Personal data
Pull and Bin runs on your computer and does not send Xora your searches or what you download. To search and download, it connects directly to the relevant platform, which receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. The processing of your account and purchase data is explained in the marketplace privacy policy.
17. Age
You must be of legal age to use Pull and Bin.
18. Changes to these terms
Xora may change these terms. If a change is material, Xora will notify you and ask you to accept the new version when you install an update or sign in to your marketplace account. The current version is always available on the Pull and Bin website and on its marketplace listing.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
If you use Pull and Bin as a professional or business, the parties submit to the courts with jurisdiction over Xora's registered office. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. Xora is not a member of any consumer arbitration system.
20. Acceptance
To install Pull and Bin you must accept these terms: the installer will not let you continue until you do.
