1. Who processes your data

2. If you only visit the website

The website does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and it does not load resources from other domains. It is hosted by Vercel Inc., which logs technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, page visited) in order to serve and protect the website.

• Legal basis: Xora's legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
• International transfer: Vercel is based in the U.S. The transfer is covered by the safeguards in its data processing agreement (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

3. If you get the license

The account, tokens, license, and payment are managed on the Xora marketplace and are governed by its privacy policy. Payment is processed by Stripe.

4. What the program does on your computer

• Pull and Bin does not send Xora your searches, the links you paste, or the files you download, and it does not activate the license online.
• To search, play, and download, the program connects directly from your computer to the platform the content comes from. That platform receives your IP address and your connection data, and processes them under its own privacy policy.
• Your preferences (quality, format, bins, last search) are stored only on your computer.
• If you turn on your browser session, the program reads that browser's cookies locally so it can access the platform with your account. They do not leave your computer and Xora does not receive them.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability regarding your data by writing to help@xoraagencia.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

6. Minors

Pull and Bin is not intended for anyone under 18.
